Gen. Kotia, commended the ESCO BLACK VOLTA membership for establishing a common platform where members jointly coordinate their efforts in responding appropriately to shared climatic, social, economic, and security problems through enhanced coordination and communication; noting it as an important integrated cross-border development strategy.<br \/>Other Speakers at the event included the Executive Secretary of CNFCI; Mr. Konate Diakalidia; Ms. Pauline Okkens, the Representative of the German Ambassador, and Mr. Phillipe Hein, the President of ESCO BLACK
