The objectives set out for the meeting were achieved. As a result, the meeting adopted the following, among others:<br \/>a. The validation of a framework agreement on the reaffirmation of the land boundaries and Implementation of the ITLOS decision on the maritime boundary between Ghana and la Cote d&#8217;Ivoire in 2025.<br \/>b. The validation of framework agreements on cross-border cooperation activities.<br \/>c. The validation of Rules of Procedure for the Reaffirmation of the common land boundary and the implementation of the Maritime Boundary between Ghana and la Cote d&#8217;Ivoire; and<br \/>d. To conduct a joint maritime boundary inspection in 2025. <br \/>Delivering his final remarks, the Executive Secretary of the National Boundary Commission of la C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire, Mr. Konate Diakalidia highlighted the progress made by the two Commissions in ensuring the effective implementation of the ITLOS ruling and the reaffirmation of the common land boundary between Ghana and C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire.<br \/>In his closing remarks, the Commissioner General of the Ghana Boundary Commission, Major General Emmanuel Kotia, emphasised the significance of the decisions adopted by the Joint Ghana\/Cote d\u2019Ivoire Boundary Commissions in deepening the collaboration between the two countries.<br \/>The Two-day meeting was sponsored by the German Government, using GIZ\/AUBP as implementing partners.
