A roadmap was also adopted to advance the process of concerted management of the common boundary, paving the way for the finalisation and signing of the documents by the Foreign Ministries of the two countries.<br \/>Leading the Ghanaian delegation, Brigadier General Anthony Ntem, Commissioner General of the Ghana Boundary Commission, admonished participants not to see the common borders as lines of separation but rather, as bridges of cooperation. He further tasked the participants to translate the provisions of the yet to be signed frameworks into tangible improvements in the lives of the border populace. <br \/>Delivering the keynote address, Ghana\u2019s Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Yussif Sulemana, reassured the meeting of the Ghanaian government\u2019s will to ensuring that its international boundary with Burkina Faso is jointly managed, in accordance with national and international law.
