The Governing Body of the Ghana Boundary Commission is a 15-member inter-ministerial body chaired by the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources. The body is the highest policy making body responsible for determining and overseeing the Commission’s strategic policy direction as well as its medium to long-term agenda. The Governing Body of the Commission is responsible for approving the Commission’s annual work plans and budgets, and reviewing the overall performance of the Commission in the context of agreed objectives and performance targets in the Strategic Plan, annual work plans and accompanying budgets.
